FlipSniper Ltd provides an algorithmic vehicle intelligence platform to registered dealer subscribers. The platform delivers deal scoring, market analysis, and related intelligence tools to assist vehicle purchasing decisions.

2. Eligibility

FlipSniper is available to UK-registered motor vehicle dealers only. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in a professional business capacity and not as a consumer.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate agreed at sign-up
• Payment is due in advance. Access is suspended if payment fails
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods

4. Acceptable Use

• Your subscription is personal and non-transferable
• You must not share your login credentials with third parties
• You must not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform data or outputs
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Disclaimer

FlipSniper Signals and Platform outputs are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, mechanical, or legal advice. All vehicle purchasing decisions remain solely your responsibility. FlipSniper makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipSniper's total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. FlipSniper is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. FlipSniper may suspend or terminate access immediately in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
